I'm Kristen "Luna" Bridges-Turner! I have a vision of providing natural, alternative, and complimentary health options where they might have been over looked before. In my work, I strive to provide natural remedies and therapy to achieve overall wellness. Holistic, all encompassing, healing.

    I have been building a personal relationship with plant medicine for the past six years. Plant medicine was a window to higher spirituality and further knowledge of the healing arts.

    During my first sacred lodge, I was addressed by a Dine'(Navajo) medicine woman, named Grandmother Walking Thunder. She walked up to me out of the thirty, or so, other people attending. Leaning in close she placed a multi-strand necklace around my neck, telling me I am to be a great healer.

    This encounter only fed my fire for healing wisdom. My journey led me here now, to Colorado where I have been able to expand and grow this practice.I have studied under sage teachers and shared space and wisdom with Elders and medicine workers. I have learned more than I could imagine, and work to share my gifts and healing talents with those who need it.

     I love developing new remedies, so if there is something you're looking for and don't see here, please contact me so we can collaborate. I highlilght meditation and yoga as  key factors to integrate during consultations. Events and workshops will be held as well to educate and bring natural remedies to the community. I will be hosting anything from yoga in the park to flower hunting in our surrounding area.
